Summer Workout & Smoothie Recipe








Favorite Summer workout activities:

-Rollerblading
-Walking while talking with a friend on the phone (seriously an hour will pass & you won't know)
-30 minutes of weight lifting
-Incline treadmill 
-Walking outside with occasional sprints added
-Long bike rides with a friend


Raspberry Smoothie Recipe:

1 banana
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup acai juice
handful of whole almonds
tablespoon of hemp hearts

blend with a high speed food processor/blender
